The 2020 Indian farmer's protest

 The 2020 Indian farmers' protest is an ongoing protest against the three farm acts which were passed by the Parliament of India in September 2020. 

The acts have been described as "anti-farmer laws" by many farmer unions, and politicians from the opposition also say it would leave farmers at the "mercy of corporates".

The government, however, maintains that they will make it effortless for farmers to sell their produce directly to big buyers, and stated that the protests are based on misinformation.



How to cultivate cotton

After a time span of week you will see sprouts in the garlic which you have sown in the soil. This is the very simple method to grow the garlic in the field or kitchen garden.

First of all please select the variety of mushroom you want to grow. After you’ve chosen which mushroom you’ll be growing and have attained the preferred growing medium, the basic steps for growing mushrooms are the same.

Mushroom growing at home requires a cool, dark, damp place.

Typically, this will be in a basement, but an unused cabinet or closet will also work — anywhere you can create near darkness and control temperature and humidity.



In the temperature of 21C  place the spawn on the growing medium. In about three weeks, the spawn will have “rooted”, meaning the filaments will have spread into the growing medium.

Cover the filaments with soil and demp clothes.

In three to four weeks, you should see small mushrooms appear. 

Mushrooms are ready for harvesting when the cap has fully opened and has separated from the stem.

Plucked mushroom 🍄 are ready to eat after cooking!

Let's start from the beginning we all know the popcorn are made up of maize 🌽



Maize is cultivated in the hot weather and muddy soil.

Maize has become a major staple food in many parts of the world, with the total production of maize surpassing that of wheat or rice.

 In addition to being consumed directly by humans, maize is also used for corn ethanol, animal feed and other maize products, such as corn starch and corn syrup.

Corn starch is very popular consumable food item.

The six major types of maize are dent corn, flint corn, pod corn, popcorn, flour corn, and sweet corn.

Sugar-rich varieties called sweet corn are usually grown for human consumption as kernels, while field corn varieties are used for animal feed, various corn-based human food uses (including grinding into cornmeal, pressing into corn oil, and fermentation and distillation into alcoholic beverages like bourbon whiskey), and as chemical feedstocks. 


Maize is also used in making ethanol and other biofuels nowadays.

Seed are sow  in the soil Maize requires a firm and compact seedbed free from stubbles and weed. 

One deep ploughing should be given, followed by two or three harrowing to bring the soil to a fine tilth organic compost manure is needed.

Maize seed should be sown with dibbling or drilling method. 


It is depending on purpose of sowing, type of of maize, varieties and farm condition. 

Seed should not be sown more 5-6 cm depth of soil.

 To achieve higher maximum productivity and resource-use efficiencies optimum plant stand is the key factor. 

The seed rate varies depending on purpose, seed size, plant type, season, sowing methods etc.

After ripping up the grain is dried and st store for different purposes

It is  the most common crop not  in India but also in world . It is the most consumable food after rice and potato. Wheat is rich in carbohydrate and in proteins. Wheat producing countries are United State Canada and India China is also a major player. Wheat is consumed in the form of flour and used in most of the recipes.

It is consumed in the form of roti cake and bread.

Cookies are also made from the wheat flour.

Now a major question how this wheat is cultivated in the fields?


First of all the field is levelled and plough with tractor or by local instruments/tools.

 

Farm land aur field are made moisturized with water and fertilizer is added to the field.

Soil Is made soft by plough.


In next step the seed is  spreaded in the fields. Seeds are covered by soil so that the mosturized soil can germinate the seeds.

We can use pesticides and herbicides according to the need.

it takes two to three months to get a germinated seeds into a plant.

the green plant turn into yellow plant that win the seeds of wheat 🌾  visualising on the top.

These are dried and raiped beat are now ready for reap and threshing of wheat.

after the threshing the wheat is separated from the hay.



The seeds are collected and packed into the big storage and these are again dried up under the sun these seeds are ready for consume in the form of flour.

The Wheat, any of several species of cereal grasses of the genus Triticum (family Poaceae) and their edible grains. 

Wheat is one of the oldest and most important of the cereal crops. Of the thousands of varieties known, the most important are common wheat (Triticum aestivum), used to make bread; 

durum wheat (T. durum), used in making pasta (alimentary pastes) such as spaghetti and macaroni

The floor can be used in multiple forms like roti cake chapati breads and cookies also.wheat is the most important staple food in most of the countries of the world.Wheat cultivation period is from November to April in India.

Farmers protest 2020 in Delhi India

In Delhi dense fog reduced visibility to just 100 metres on Thursday, it is affecting traffic movement also,  the India Met department said, adding the minimum temperature at the Safdarjung observatory, which provides representative data for Delhi city, settled at 4.5 degrees celsius.

Farmer from Uttarakhand Himachal are also coming to protest



Vigilance and Security remained tight at all the Delhi borders with hundreds of security personnel deployed at Tikri, Singhu, and Ghazipur, as thousands of farmers have been staging their protests at the borders for nearly a month now. This has also led to traffic congestion forcing police to divert vehicular movement in the affected area.

In this harsh cold, thousands of agitating farmers at the Delhi borders on Thursday remained steadfast in their demands to repeal the Centre''s three new agriculture laws.
